I have decided to close down the community until further notice. We rarely get any new submissions and no one has offered to help me moderate the community and get it back to its prior activity. Unfortunately, I just don't have the motivation to run this on my own anymore. Perhaps some day soon I'll reopen the community, but for now I will keep the community up but posting is turned off. This way you can continue to read stories that were previously posted, but no new submissions will make it into the queue.

If you have any comments or questions, please let me know. Otherwise, hope you all enjoy the weather and have a good day.

Hello my underlings, it's your friendly neighborhood mod! I'm posting because as you can tell, this community hasn't been as active as it used to be and I would like to change that. Unfortunately, I cannot moderate this on my own anymore. I know it's pretty small and doesn't really need many hands, but I would like about 2 people. One person would be in charge of organization with the memories and tags while the other person would be in charge of generating activity through prompts, ficathons, fests, etc. Both mods would be in charge of making sure the queue was emptied on a daily basis. I would stay on as a background mod, just sort of keeping an eye on things to make sure it runs smoothly and to help as a sort of sounding board whenever the other mods need someone with which to generate ideas.

If this is something that would interest you, I'd like you to pm me. Make sure anyone can pm you or I will be unable to reply. In your pm, just mention that you're interested in either the organizational or the creative position. Listing any experience moderating would help, as well as any ideas on how to make the comm active again. Also because of the nature of the community, I would ask you to only apply if you have decent spelling and grammar, as you will need to skim the fic in the queue and determine if they are postable.

I will come back with my selections and hopefully getting this community active again soon enough. I look forward to hearing from you.

Title: There's Nothing That Can Change Just How This Goes
Rating: R
Pairing: Peterick
Summary: Pete was basically in love with Patrick since the first time they met. But Patrick had some problems, and Patrick needed somebody to take care of him. Pete didn't mind. He didn't even mind when he had to start stealing. He didn't even mind when he had to start killing. He just never thought Patrick would find out, and what it would mean.
Warnings: Schizophrenia, Graphic Murder
Author Notes: Obviously, I like writing serial killers. XD This is vaguely based off of It's Hard To Say I Do When I Don't. And...I'm creepy. :P
There are probably still some mistakes, but if I don't post this, I'm going to crazy. :)

but don't get the wrong idea, we're gonna shoot you )

Title: Fairytale of New York
Summary: for the bandomrarepair challenge; stuck in New York over the holidays, there's nowhere Joe can go to escape Pete's attempts at matchmaking.
Author: rosiedoes
Betas: supercasio; likethepaint was involved in the early stages.
Rating: PG for language.
Pairing: Joe/Patrick
Words: c. 11,300
Author's notes: I have a confession to make. I started this fic on NYE 2008/9, based on a prompt generator. I only wrote a couple of thousand words at the time and decided to continue it for this challenge. As a result, it's 2009 AU. Joe never moved to New York with Marie and the break hasn't begun, yet.

Author: Me
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Gabe/Patrick
He stared long and hard at his face, the way his breath passed softly from his lips, his eyes closed, but he still knew how big and brown they were, his skin perfectly flawless. It was then, as he looked at him in this new way, that he realized that he wasn’t sure what he should do, but he knew what he wanted to do.
And it was Gabe.
Author's Notes: Written for my friend
[info]dazi_li, who gave me the idea for it. Hope it's want you wanted, bb. ♥
